The best tip I can give here is, try not to move away from him. Position yourself in the center spot of one of the long streetways and listen to where his steps are coming from.

Once you hit her a few times, she will start to vanish and reappear (mostly in your back), so once she vanishes move forward and turn around.

Aim at her head (this goes for many other enemies as well).

Still, try to stay in open space as much as possible.

The area you are fighting in is really narrow.

Once you left Linda’s home, you’ll see her shadow at the end of the street, take a picture. Go down the floor to the end and look through the window on the right, you might want to get really close and use your camera.

Second one: Upstairs on the right sitting on a chair, easy.

First one: Same level as Lindas room, easy to find.

In order to get out of Lindas house, you have to exorcise 3 people with Lindas camera. This whole Act may very well need some trail & error depending on your luck and your skill.
